At ZillyMonkey, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible items. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are here to help with a simple and transparent exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging and include all tags, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
